Abstract

This study compares government and private healthcare services in Rajasthan, focusing on how easily people can access treatment, the quality of care they receive, and the impact of these services. In a country like India, healthcare is divided into two main sectors — public hospitals and centers that cater to all citizens, and private hospitals that provide treatment for a fee. The research suggests that combining the strengths of both public and private healthcare systems can lead to improved treatment outcomes. The government must focus on strengthening public healthcare by improving the availability of doctors and medicines, and by ensuring that private hospitals operate under regulations that ensure service to all sections of society. Additionally, there is a need to promote initiatives like digital healthcare, mobile clinics, and health education in rural areas to make quality healthcare more accessible to the common people.

Abstract in Hindi Language: इस अध्ययन में राजस्थान में सरकारी और निजी स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की तुलना की गई है। इसमें यह देखा गया है कि लोगों को इलाज कितनी आसानी से मिलता है, इलाज की गुणवत्ता कैसी है और उसका असर क्या पड़ता है। भारत जैसे देश में स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं दो भागों में बंटी हुई हैं – एक तरफ सरकारी अस्पताल और केंद्र हैं, जो सभी के लिए हैं, और दूसरी तरफ निजी अस्पताल हैं, जो पैसे लेकर इलाज करते हैं। अगर हम सरकारी और निजी सेवाओं की अच्छाइयों को मिलाकर काम करें तो लोगों को बेहतर इलाज मिल सकता है। सरकार को चाहिए कि वह सरकारी सेवाओं को मजबूत बनाए, डॉक्टरों और दवाओं की व्यवस्था सुधारे और निजी अस्पतालों को नियमों में बाँधे ताकि वे सभी वर्गों के लिए काम करें। इसके अलावा, गाँवों में डिजिटल इलाज, मोबाइल क्लिनिक और स्वास्थ्य शिक्षा जैसी योजनाओं पर भी ध्यान देना चाहिए, जिससे आम आदमी को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं मिल सकें।
