Abstract

The shared values and principles enunciated in the India-Japan Vision Statement are particularly relevant in the current context, where global cooperation is needed more than ever to address challenges that have become increasingly acute. They highlighted their commitment to work together towards a peaceful, stable and prosperous world built on the foundation of a rules-based order that respects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of nations, and rejects the threat or use of force or the status quo by all countries. Stressed the need for a peaceful settlement of their disputes in accordance with international laws without resorting to any attempt to unilaterally change them. In this regard, they reiterated their shared vision of a free, independent and open Indo-Pacific region free from coercion. They shared the view that in today's world the economies of both countries will be driven by strong bilateral investment and trade flows through diverse, flexible, transparent, open, secure and potentially global supply chains that provide economic security to their people. Will give more prosperity. Reiterating that the two countries will continue to work together to realize these shared objectives. And both resolved to further advance the India-Japan Special Strategic and Global Partnership.

भारत-जापान दृष्टिकोण वक्तव्य में प्रतिपादित साझा मूल्य और सिद्धांत वर्तमान संदर्भ में विशेष रूप से प्रासंगिक हैं, जहां बेहद गंभीर हो चुकी चुनौतियों का मुकाबला करने के लिए वैश्विक सहयोग की जरूरत पहले से कहीं अधिक है। उन्होंने राष्ट्रों की संप्रभुता और क्षेत्रीय अखंडता का सम्मान करने वाली एक नियम-आधारित व्यवस्था की नींव पर टिके एक शांतिपूर्ण, स्थिर और समृद्ध विश्व की दिशा में मिलकर काम करने की अपनी प्रतिबद्धता पर प्रकाश डाला और सभी देशों द्वारा धमकी या बल प्रयोग या यथास्थिति को एकतरफा बदलने के किसी भी प्रयास का सहारा लिए बिना अंतरराष्ट्रीय कानूनों के अनुसार अपने विवादों के शांतिपूर्ण समाधान की जरूरत पर बल दिया। इस संबंध में, उन्होंने जोर-जबरदस्ती से मुक्त, स्वतंत्र और खुले भारत-प्रशांत क्षेत्र के प्रति अपने साझा दृष्टिकोण को दोहराया। उन्होंने इस विचार को साझा किया कि वर्तमान की दुनिया में दोनों देशों की अर्थव्यवस्थाओं को विविधतापूर्ण, लचीले, पारदर्शी, खुली, सुरक्षित और संभावित वैश्विक आपूर्ति श्रृंखलाओं के माध्यम से मजबूत द्विपक्षीय निवेश और व्यापार के प्रवाह द्वारा संचालित किया जाएगा जो उनके लोगों को आर्थिक सुरक्षा और समृद्धि प्रदान करेगा। इस बात को दोहराते हुए कि दोनों देश इन साझा उद्देश्यों को साकार करने के लिए मिलकर काम करना जारी रखेंगे। तथा दोनों भारत-जापान विशेष रणनीतिक एवं वैश्विक साझेदारी को और आगे बढ़ाने का संकल्प लिया।
