Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into online education in Vietnam presents numerous opportunities to enhance teaching and learning quality. AI has the ability to personalize learning experiences, optimize study pathways, and provide automated support tools, thereby improving learners’ academic performance. However, the implementation of AI in online education also faces significant challenges, including data security concerns, algorithmic biases, and a lack of transparency in intelligent learning systems. This article examines both the opportunities and challenges associated with AI adoption in online education in Vietnam. Additionally, it proposes solutions to optimize AI applications in online learning platforms, aiming to foster a modern and efficient educational environment.
