This research looks at how secondary school pupils in Bihar's Gaya District benefited from community involvement in order to get a good education. Educational outcomes can be influenced by the active participation of local communities, including parents, teachers, and community leaders. The primary objective of this research was to determine if secondary school access, retention, and attendance problems are mitigated when the community is actively involved in the educational process. The study examined a total of 100 instructors from government secondary schools in the Gaya region of Bihar, India. Of those teachers, 40 were female and 60 were male.
